Large aluminum-encased porch awning by A&E Systems, 3 aluminum-encased window awnings. Tinted windows, 22.5" Alcoa wheels, plenty of exterior storage, roof access ladder in rear, Reese-style hitch receiver, rear mud flap/skirt, rear view camera, solar charger, flood spot light, air horns, satellite dish. Easy generator access.
COCKPIT: Tilt wheel, dash heat/air, in-dash Sony rear view monitor, Sony am/fm/cassette stereo, Sony CD changer, Uniden CB. Wood center console with beverage holders and 2 lower drawers. Passenger side glove box, vinyl padded dash, 2 mounted dash fans. Large 2-piece windshield, 2 sun visors. There are 2 night stand units, each one consisting of upper mini mirrored wardrobe cabinet with side-mounted reading lamp, counter space, electrical outlet, lower drawer, lower single-door cabinet. Triple-door cabinet above head-of-bed. Bedroom has 2 large windows, each one sliding with screen, fabric blinds and decorative valance; each window has an upper triple-door cabinet with lower electrical outlet. Corner TV viewing cabinet near foot-of-bed contains a Quasar television. Nearby switch panels, coat hook. Bedroom has overhead smoke detector, 2 lighting units, 2 speakers and a Duo-Therm roof air conditioning unit.
SUMMARY: Wow!!!! For a xxxx coach, this one is very, very nice. Very clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is very clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e., pet, smoke, musty, etc.). Carpet in cockpit, living area and bedroom shows medium wear/minor blemishes and currently has plastic runners in place. Wood flooring in kitchen/dining area appears to be in very good condition, may show some minor blemishes. Vinyl flooring in bathroom also appears to be in good condition, showing only some minor blemishes. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Solid wood cabinets throughout all shine nice, look great and open and close properly. Counter tops throughout all look good. Dash appears to be in very good condition. Large 2-piece windshield does some chips on passenger side, all other windows are good. TIRES: driver side/front - xxxx Bridgestone, no cracks, good tread; driver side/rear - xxxx Bridgestone, no cracks, good tread; passenger side/front - xxxx Bridgestone, no cracks, good tread; passenger side/rear, xxxx Bridgestone, no cracks, good tread. Everything else we tested and/or checked was in proper working order at the time of this ad placement: electric entry step, roof air conditioning units, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, oven, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, both televisions, rear view camera and monitor, hydraulic leveling jacks, lights and markers and generator. I did not see a washer/dryer hook-up in this coach.
