Prestigious Organization has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager Sr within Delivery Services Information Technology Division. This PM Sr position will primarily support enterprise Legal, Compliance and Corporate systems business lines. The role will provide guidance and oversight to various medium and high complexity projects. It will also ensure alignment between project activities and accepted scope and negotiate with the business and other stakeholders on changes to scope. This role is accountable for full end-to-end delivery of software product and services with team members of varying professional levels. Responsibilities include: . Implementing IT solutions and working directly with the Business partners and IT partners . Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities. . Developing application policies and procedures to maintain efficient operational practices and enhance control standards. . Analyzing and reviewing system designs, business processes, operating system procedures and training materials related to implemented application projects. . Developing and managing requests for proposals and other procurement guides that support purchasing third-party applications (COTS) as well as software services. . Reviewing detailed estimates to ensure that they are reasonable and aligned to historical norms where applicable. . Managing multiple external vendors. . Engaging with Enterprise and Application architects to promote collaboration on the development of solution architecture. . Ensuring that development practices (eg code reviews, unit testing, etc.) are followed throughout the project life cycle. . Leveraging experience to categorize project risks and identify/mitigate new risks. . Demonstrating ownership of problems, issues, or requests from start to finish. Facilitating appropriate handoffs across IT and business organizations. . Leading technical initiatives . Navigating through process and organization through collaboration with key stakeholders across departments. . Communicating across departments to meet project objectives . Ensuring adherence to Methodology (EDM, Agile etc), Standard Tools, IT Controls and Quality Standards across the department projects. . Escalating critical issues and risks promptly . Partnering with Technology Services, Vendors and other IT departments to plan and execute the Integrated Plans for the project . Being accountable for schedule, scope, budget, and quality . Providing standard project status reports to the stakeholders as per PMO guidelines, and assist in Initiative reporting . Planning, acquiring, managing and reporting project resources. Negotiating and resolving resources issues across projects in portfolio. . Setting direction for project team to align with the project objectives and delivery against them Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent working experience . Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience and 7+ years of management experience . Experience in planning initiatives including creation of business cases, formation of projects and creation of resource plans . Experience managing large and complex business process reengineering effort that focuses on modernization of portfolio applications . Demonstrated delivery of multiple complex projects . Demonstrated partnership with business clients and value proposition of projects/portfolio . Experience with SaaS solutions. Preferred Skills . Graduate degree or advanced studies . Understanding of Secondary Mortgage Industry and Loan Underwriting process . Ability to build cross departmental relationships . Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and Sr. Management on both business and IT side and the ability to convey technology solutions to business stakeholders . Proactive in nature with customer satisfaction as primary goal . Quick learner of new technologies and tools . Strong analytical and problem solving skills . Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
